Construction paper is for children who are small

So, I decided recently to transport my great icosahedron model a long way by car. At one point I left it in the back seat for an afternoon, it got hot, the glue softened, and it began to pull apart ever so slightly. It still looked decent though. The next day, mom was in the passenger seat and decided to lean back to take a nap. She had previously caused the model to fall into the path of the seat, so now one of the vertices is bent and another one is torn open. The damage was very local, because of all the internal braces, but it appears real hard to fix.

So now I have an interesting (annoying) possible repair project to contemplate, likely to involve steam. Or maybe I learn to make beveled plates out of sheet metal or plastic, look at rapid prototyping shit, or some else of that.

Or better yet, I put the time into a better hobby, like video games.
